Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.

Professional: Minimum 5 years retail operations experience, with 2-3 years in a similar role at a global brand in a customer service environment (preferably apparel/footwear/sports/outdoor).

Leadership: At least 2 years of managerial experience, including managing multiple stores.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, basic skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.

Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a business level.

Your Mission

Manage and promote sales culture across 8-12 stores within a district to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets, positioning PUMA as the world's fastest sports brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver on Targets and KPIs: Achieve retail P&L and KPI goals, identify opportunities for growth, and improve store productivity metrics such as Conversion Rate, UPT, ATV, and sales per hour/sq.m. Drive sales growth through SMART targets and local operating plans. Monitor performance and take corrective actions. Manage store-related OPEX, especially personnel expenses.
  2. Operations Standards / Store Management: Implement global/regional operational tools and standards. Ensure compliance with international standards via local policies. Oversee store openings, closures, relocations, upgrades, stock replenishment, and inventory management within budgets and timelines. Lead and coach retail operations teams to develop capabilities and ensure standards compliance. Manage inventory, loss prevention, VM guidelines, and customer experience initiatives. Adapt regional initiatives to local needs, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  3. Cross-Functional Relationships: Collaborate with retail support functions and establish effective relationships with key stakeholders such as Retail Training, Marketing, Merchandising, and E-Commerce teams.
  4. Process Improvement: Drive best practices and strategic process improvements through cross-channel collaboration.
  5. Team Leadership: Motivate and develop store operations teams, identify talent, and implement succession planning. Work with training teams to meet developmental needs and ensure effective staff hiring, training, and retention programs.
