We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our client. The ideal candidate will lead architectural projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions. This role involves overseeing all phases of design and construction, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
2. Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and specifications.
3. Coordinate with all levels of stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
4. Oversee the preparation of architectural documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in architectural design and project management.
• Professional licensure as an architect.
• Multi-lingual ability, especially in English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
