As a Senior Architect at SLOT DESIGN STUDIO(M) SDN. BHD., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and architecture of innovative projects. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualisation, planning, and execution of architectural designs that reflect the company's commitment to excellence. Situated in the vibrant city of Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualisation and design of architectural projects, ensuring they align with the company's vision and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Oversee the development of detailed architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects, fostering a learning environment
• Actively participate in research and development to stay abreast of industry trends and innovations
• Represent the company in client meetings and presentations, showcasing your expertise and the firm's capabilities
• Manage design timelines and work with consultant and contractor teams to effectively meet project milestones and deadlines
• Identify design-related risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs within budget and scope

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture (Minimum LAM Part I or equivalent)
• Demonstrated experience in project management, client communication, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in using industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for design, innovation, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of architectural excellence
• Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident only
