Lead client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor for technology solutions.
Develop comprehensive technical proposals, training plans, and user documentation.
Conduct user requirement studies, testing, and system go-lives.
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior consultants, supporting their development and project readiness.
Provide health checks and client feedback reviews to track solution adoption and performance.
3+ years in project delivery, application support, or consulting roles.
Strong project management, troubleshooting, and customer engagement skills.
Capable of leading product demonstrations across multiple product lines.
Proven leadership and team-building experience.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
Uphold all HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) policies and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standards.
Maintain strict adherence to HR and communication protocols.
Stay laser-focused on customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
Provide regular project updates and close-out reports.
Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement feedback.
Support internal IT resource planning through recommendations.
Take on ad hoc tasks across departments as assigned by management.
Deliver mentorship and structured training to junior consultants.
Guide technical upskilling and capability development within the team.
