Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking an experienced Murex Front Office Support Analyst (RTB) to provide Level 1 application support across APAC trading hours. You will support critical trading desks, focusing on trade lifecycle, valuation, and P&L within IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income.

Responsibilities include monitoring trades via Tradeweb and FMC, managing static data, performing Sybase SQL diagnostics, and coordinating end-of-shift handovers to global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on Murex Front Office/RTB support in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, booking conventions, valuation and P&L for IRD, FX, Credit and FI.
• Murex modules: Simulation Views, MxML Exchange, and Datamart.
• Experience with electronic trade capture: Tradeweb, FMC, XML feeds.
• Proficient in maintaining operational static data and counterparty records.
• Sybase SQL diagnostics using SELECTs, joins and filtering.
• Ability to coordinate end-of-shift handovers; RTB desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated FO RTB support for Murex during APAC hours.
• Monitor, triage, and troubleshoot live incidents related to trade booking, valuation, and P&L.
• Triaged trade flows from Tradeweb and FMC via XML through MxML Exchange.
• Manage downstream trade dissemination and status tracking after post-trade workflows.
• Maintain operational static data: counterparties, rate mappings, index constituents.
• Perform Sybase SQL diagnostics and submit remediation requests via PC Lite.
• Maintain Murex Simulation Views and Datamart extractions for desk queries.
• Coordinate end-of-shift handovers to Western-hemisphere support teams.
• Support CTB activities: testing patches, updating templates, deployment verification.
• Participate in rotational weekend coverage (half-day every 4th weekend).
