Description

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Handle invoice processing and payment approvals, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Korean or Japanese to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Reconcile AP accounts and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve AP workflows.
• Prepare periodic reports on AP activities for management review.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.
• Support the team in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Profile

A successful Senior AP Specialist (KR/JP) should have:

• Proficiency in Korean or Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Korean: TOPIK Level 4 and above
  • Japanese: JLPT N2 and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Degree or Diploma required.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
