Description

Accounts Payable:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze reports to improve operational processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives within the accounting & finance department.

Accounts Receivable

• Accounting principles understanding
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve outstanding accounting issues
• Ensure all individual tasks are achieved, collaborate with team members and contribute to the achievement of team targets and deadlines
• Report issues to team leader/line manager in accordance with the escalation policy
• Develop professional knowledge on cash management processes and techniques to drive improvement in the above and in the aging balance optimization - standardization and simplification, better quality

Profile

A successful Senior AP & AR Analyst should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or Accounts Receivable or similar financial operations from a mixture of Shared Services & Commercial environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
