Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, is seeking an experienced Application Support professional in Kuala Lumpur to independently support business-critical applications, manage releases, and mentor a mid-to-senior developer.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to ensure system stability, service continuity, and continuous improvement, leveraging Angular, .NET, and AEM expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Angular and .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment processes.
• Proven experience in production support and issue troubleshooting.
• Strong communication capabilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Independently support business-critical applications, including investigating and resolving production issues.
• Release management: manage and support application release activities to ensure smooth deployments.
• Mentorship: mentor and guide a mid-to-senior-level developer, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Stakeholder collaboration: collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability, service continuity, and alignment with business needs.
• Continuous improvement: contribute to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.
