About the Role

Support Finance team by assisting with daily financial and operations, data analysis, and reporting in a dynamic IT environment:

1. Supporting IT financing activities – billings, variance analysis
2. Review each IT service request (new service, renewal, extension) in accordance with local sourcing and Group Compliance policies/standards
3. Assist finance team in Sourcing Automation and Digitalisation (SODA) & Third-Party Management (TPM) request
4. Perform all job duties in a safe manner and obey all safety policies and procedures
5. Analyzing drivers of historical financial performance, including key trends that are impacting the business

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

Specific Skills:

• Adheres to a set of ethical principles i.e. Integrity, Objectivity, and Responsibility.
• Fluent in both English & Chinese, written and spoken.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel and intermediate formulas (v-lookup, pivot table)
• Experience in Power BI (added advantage)
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
