A leading global bank in Putrajaya is seeking a trade confirmation specialist to manage confirmations and mitigate operational risks. The role requires strong Excel skills and 2-4 years of experience. Candidates will ensure compliance with internal standards and assist in maintaining operational procedures. Our client has a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones employing a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.
To provide in depth Commodity Product support within the Commodities Operations Confirmations Team. Primary focus within the operations team is to provide trade confirmation and static data coverage in order to mitigate operational risk between RBC and our counterparts. Confirmation coverage is to ensure that trade confirmations are sent to and verified with our counterparts in accordance with our Standing Orders. In addition to providing support to the operations team there is the need to support to trading, sales and other departments with various inquires that may arise from day to day.
