Qualifications

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Perform LCY PCO (Product Costing) MEC/QEC activities
• Drive 6 months actual Standard Cost processes and activities
• Conduct inventory reconciliation and analyze detailed inventory
• Maintain and enhance costing system and processes
• Drive and coordinate Inventory Cycle Count
• Support internal and external audits on all inventory requests
• Engage in SAP inventory-related improvement projects
• Support CCA activities and team members as needed

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; Professional qualification CPA/CIMA/ACCA is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Cost Accounting, Operations Finance, or FP&A, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries within a multinational environment; project management experience is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with IT tools and digitalization, including Excel Macro & Power Query
• Proficiency in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, well-organized; strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex financial topics and collaborate effectively across stakeholders
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate across regions and time zones
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and/or functional leadership is a plus
• Motivated by productivity and continuous process improvements
