Operations and Fusion Center Lead

The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business.With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.

Join us as an Operations and Fusion Center Lead on our Corporate Security team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As an Operations and Fusion Center Lead,you will oversee and provide security support and protect Dell assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents that could impact team members, travelers, facilities, assets, and our name brand. You will work with our global human resource team, regional security teams, cyber response teams, and supply chain partners to intake and triage incidents impacting DT operations.

You will:

  • Provides direction and oversight to Fusion Center Operator/Analysts.

  • Monitor and assess team member performance to ensure high-quality sustainable results in line with company policy.

  • Review Databases and Incidents Reports submitted by Operations and Fusion Center Operator/Analysts to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities, team members, and other assets. Respond to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching/assigning response teams to mitigate potential threats.

  • Receive, evaluate, disseminate and escalate incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies.

  • One or more years of experience providing direction and oversight to Fusion Center Operator/Analysts.

  • Experience monitoring and assessing team member performance to ensure high-quality sustainable results in line with company policy.

  • Experience reviewing databases and incidents reports submitted by Operations and Fusion Center Operator/Analysts to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

  • Ensure continuous monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities, team members, and other assets. Respond to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching/assigning response teams to mitigate potential threats.

  • Receive, evaluate, disseminate and escalate incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies.

  • This position is onsite at a Dell Technologies facility and not remote or hybrid.
