What will you do?
  1. Review electronic and audio communications surveillance alerts to monitor for market abuse risks and breaches of policies and regulations, primarily related to financial/securities markets misconduct.
  2. Enhance RBC's electronic and audio communications surveillance monitoring functions, assessing efficiency and reporting to management.
  3. Assist with compliance investigations and other projects as required.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • MBA/University Degree and/or relevant professional training.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Compliance, Capital Markets, Wealth Management Compliance, trading, or finance degree.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in relevant regions.
  • Familiarity with the company's IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
