Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Linking business performance to overall group strategy in setting the required RAROC hurdle.
2. Upkeep and maintain systems, i.e., CPA System, for both administrative and SME related matters.
3. Strive to provide better service to system users with continuous enhancements to cater to business needs from time to time, including managing the CPA helpdesk.
4. Manage the day-to-day operation of both CPMIS and CPA Systems, including BAU maintenance, enhancement testing, and bank-wide assessment exercises (e.g., DR, source system upgrade).
5. Drive business to align with the overall Group’s methodology on customer profitability, requiring continuous coordination with both domestic and international stakeholders.
6. Maintain and enhance relevant policies & guidelines.
7. Implement continuous process improvements.
8. Undertake any projects or tasks as assigned from time to time.
