Job summary

MINDTECK SOFTWARE MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Engineer to contribute to analog and mixed-signal hardware for measurement instruments. You will design power supplies, signal conditioning, ADC/DAC interfaces and PLLs, collaborating with mechanical and software teams to optimize hardware designs for performance and cost.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills in analog and high-speed digital circuits, plus experience with LTSpice, PSpice, Saber.

Qualifications

• PhD/Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of design experience.
• Experience performing hardware and software system integration tasks.
• Strong knowledge of digital, analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Advanced experience with LTSpice, PSpice, Saber for design simulation and verification.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of analog and mixed-signal system hardware architecture for instruments.
• Stay informed on the latest technology trends and developments to support product platform roadmaps and future design directions.
• Apply strong knowledge of customer applications to assist in optimizing instrument hardware designs.
• Collaborate with HW, FPGA, SW, FW, ME disciplines to define overall instrument system design.
• Work with project management and marketing teams from concept to final product development.
• Assist in system hardware/software integration and provide technical support for successful implementation.
• Develop instrument system architecture per product specifications and scopes.
• Conduct design verification, component selection, and evaluation.
• Develop hardware design documentation to promote reusable design blocks.
