Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Senior AML-TM Developer in Kuala Lumpur to strengthen our anti money laundering transaction monitoring capabilities and compliance framework. You will design, develop, and implement solutions meeting regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on Actimize experience, strong SQL and scripting skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex production environments on Unix/Linux platforms.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in application development, support, or technical analysis roles within banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Actimize Transaction Monitoring solutions.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL; strong shell scripting (KSH, Perl, or similar).
• Experience in Unix/Linux environments (Solaris, Red Hat Linux, AIX) and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AML-TM solutions to enhance compliance framework.
• Support and troubleshoot complex production environments across Unix/Linux platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendor teams to resolve issues and optimize monitoring rules.
