Job summary

Oxydata Software Sdn Bhd, established since 2012, is seeking an experienced Senior Actimize Developer to support AML Transaction Monitoring solutions within the Compliance Technology domain. Based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid work, the role focuses on Actimize platform expertise.

You will work across modules (RCM/ActOne, SAM, UDM), with Oracle databases, SQL, and shell scripting, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with vendors and business

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline with banking/financial services exposure.
• 6-9 years in application development, support, or technical analysis in banking/financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Actimise Transaction Monitoring solutions.
• Experience with Oracle databases and intermediate to advanced SQL.
• Unix/Linux experience (Solaris, Red Hat, AIX) and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support AML Transaction Monitoring applications on Actimize.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently before vendors.
• Coordinate root cause analysis across teams and stakeholders.
• Support data integration, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Develop shell scripts for operations, automation, and monitoring.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure, and vendors.
• Participate in deployment, testing, and production support.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Actimize Developer to support and enhance AML Transaction Monitoring solutions within the Compliance Technology domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support AML Transaction Monitoring applications using the Actimize platform.
• Provide technical expertise in Actimise modules, including RCM/ActOne, SAM, and UDM.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data-related issues independently before escalating to vendors.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support data integration processes involving upstream and downstream systems, including report generation and data reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for operational support, automation, and monitoring.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and report extraction from Oracle databases.
• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and support activities.
• Participate in application deployment, testing, release management, and production support activities.
• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with AML monitoring requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Diploma or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• 6-9 years of experience in application development, support, or technical analysis roles within banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Actimise Transaction Monitoring solutions.
• Expertise in Actimise modules: RCM/ActOne, SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), and UDM (Universal Data Model).
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
• Strong Shell Scripting skills (KSH, Perl, or similar).
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including Solaris, Red Hat Linux, and AIX.
• Strong problem analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently investigate and analyse issues before escalating to vendors.
• Understanding of data integration points, report generation processes, and upstream/downstream system interactions.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Development experience with the ability to support and troubleshoot complex production environments.
