Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security arm of Trend Micro, seeks a Senior Incident Response Analyst to lead end-to-end IR engagements. You will triage, contain, eradicate, and recover from incidents while coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IR and forensics, strong cloud and SIEM experience, and a track record working with clients during live incidents. AI-enabled detection and automation experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in incident response and digital forensics.
Demonstrated experience with AI-related security projects or activities.
Experience working with clients during live incident engagements.
Strong understanding of network protocols, OS (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with cloud forensics across major providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and log analysis, including AI-enabled features.
Relevant certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP or cloud credentials.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations into security incidents including malware infections, data breaches, and APTs.
Perform forensic analysis on systems, network traffic and logs across WAF, firewall, endpoint, cloud and apps.
Evaluate, pilot and integrate AI-based detection and triage tools into IR lifecycle.
Provide timely incident reports and executive summaries to stakeholders.
Identify IOCs and TTPs, including AI-enabled attack methods.
Mentor junior analysts on investigation methods and AI tooling.
Improve detection, monitoring and response capabilities with AI-driven enhancements.
Support post-incident reviews and root-cause analysis.
