Job summary

Rajah & Tann Asia seeks an experienced Information Security professional to join the Information Security team as Cyber Security Operations Lead. You will oversee daily security operations, triage alerts, and support incident response while collaborating with IT, Risk, Legal and business teams.

The role emphasizes modern tools, AI-enabled analysis, and secure configuration management across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in security operations, penetration testing, or incident response.
• Self-learning attitude and ability to stay current with evolving technologies and threat landscapes.
• Proficient in using analytical tools, including AI-enabled capabilities, to support investigations and documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory; Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune); Azure; TCP/IP and internet security protocols; Windows/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Modern Tools & Automation: Leverage AI and automation to analyze alerts and streamline workflows.
• Security Tools & Platform Operations: Manage and tune security tools (EDR, DLP, vulnerability management).
• Alert Monitoring & Triage: Investigate alerts and track remediation with Security Operations Manager.
• Incident Response Support: Assist in incident response to contain threats and restore services.
• Secure Configuration Management: Define and assess secure baselines across SaaS, cloud and on-prem environments.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate risks and security requirements to IT, Risk, Legal and business teams.
