As a Senior Administrator, Banking treasury Operations, you are responsible for timely and accurate end to end processing of trades according to cut off and SLAs.

Region : APAC

Working hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM

What will you do?

  • Trade processing of Loan, Deposits & establish new credit facilities in systems.
  • Input and maintain credit information in book of record and related databases to ensure all facilities are correctly recorded.
  • Assist with preparation of Regulatory report and reports for Management information
  • Maintain and archive credit administration files
  • Approve loan draw downs and collateral releases as appropriateProcessing of FX, FX Derivatives, & Remittances
  • Responsible for the effective management and resolution of discrepancies of payments / receipts with clients or counterparties
  • Receive/Deliver settlement instructionsManagement of Failed Trades and Process Improvement Projects

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Basic knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirement
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences within a Private Bank or Wealth Management environment. However experiences in other banking functions are welcome to apply
  • Understanding of treasury fundamentals (interest rate, FOREX)
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal) in the English Language
  • Strong computer skills with good knowledge of computing systems, spreadsheets including formulas & calculations

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Avaloq system, experience with managing client data
