- To ensure general office assets are in order at all times.
- Follow-up repair and maintenance issue when required.
- To conduct annual physical check for office furniture and fittings.
- To monitor purchase, transfer and disposal of office asset and insurance coverage for yearly renewal.
- To assist in arrangement of hotel accommodation, flight reservation, transportation and company’s vehicle for management, staff and guests.
- To submit new application and termination of cards (Shell card, handphone sim card, Touch n Go and Staff ID).
- To arrange yearly transfer of old files to Records Management Warehouse.
- To source condo for expatriates if required and arrangement of viewing.
- To check staff hand-phone bills to ensure the calls are business related and within the limit.
- To arrange the company cars for service when it is due for servicing.
- To be responsible for front office services.
- To check and follow up with respective division on the subscription on various membership renewals.
- To ensure the key-phone is in working order at all times and to contact the supplier for any problem with urgency.
- To liaise with Company Secretary on Company Secretary related issues.
- Follow up on tenancy renewal for office.
Salary: 3000~6400 (RM)

Requirements
- Obtain at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Language required: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
