Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:

Activation & Planning is the frontline of the Company, where they will be faced with Company clients. They also strive to look for new business opportunities to boost Company revenue.

Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Business Director on day-to-day operational processes.
  • Work closely with Business Director to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed.
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal.
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
  • Manage weekly campaign status documents for review.
  • Work closely with Finance on billing setup and invoicing.
  • Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up, creative execution (including dynamic creative), campaign management.
  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
  • Focus on ensuring well maintained superior customer service levels, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
  • Groom to become a People Manager.
Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years account management experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, and Retail / Shopper activation role.
  • Good Communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous and have a good sense of business acumen.
  • Process-driven and have the agency\'s interest at heart.
  • Able to lead by example, maintain good spirits and contribute team morale.
  • Experience working with large budgets and high-profile accounts.
  • Adaptable to new environments and work processes.
  • Good at prioritizing & multi-tasking.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.
