TOTAL BUSINESS PARTNER SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager in Malaysia to manage full sets of accounts, perform month-end closings, and prepare management reports.

The role requires 5 years of related experience and a Diploma in Accounting, with strong integrity and the ability to handle confidential information. The successful candidate will work with internal departments to meet client needs, perform reconciliations, and participate in various ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.
• Experience using accounting systems such as SQL/ABSS or similar.
• At least 5 years of related experience is preferred for the role.
• Able to handle confidential matters with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing in a timely manner.
• Prepare bank, debtors, creditors and stock reconciliations.
• Perform day to day accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, schedules and other accounts related matters.
• Maintain documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc accounting assignment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client requirements.
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes pertaining to client accounts.
