SENIOR ACCOUNTS (GL) / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVES (AR)

As part of our continued business expansion, Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary of a public-listed company on Bursa Malaysia, is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Accounts & Finance Department.

JOB SCOPES: -

Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end closing

Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements, and analysis

Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records

Coordinate audit activities and liaise with external auditors

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls

Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Assist in continuous improvement of accounting systems and processes

Collaborate with internal departments and management on financial matters

Account Receivables

Manage the full AR cycle – invoicing, collections, receipts, and aging reports

Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances

Prepare monthly AR reconciliation and assist in monthly closing

Handle credit control activities and credit limit reviews

Generate AR-related reports and support audit requirements

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Liaise with internal teams and customers on billing-related matters

REQUIREMENTS: -

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience

Familiar with accounting standards and financial reporting

Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience with SAP system and familiarity with Malaysia tax compliance and reporting is an added advantage

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
