Senior Accounts Executive-Treasury cum Finance
- Assist in weekly/monthly cash flow, including monitoring and forecasting cash positions to ensure liquidity needs and capital investment requirements are met.
- Periodical review of the Group’s accounts and facilities maintained with financial institutions and propose to the Management/Superior(s) for continuous work improvement possibilities:
- Actively explore and recommend measures for interest optimization, cost savings, and rationalization of treasury operations to improve the Group’s profits.
- Procure a good understanding of various cash management products and banking facilities offered in the market.
- Assist in the evaluation of opportunities to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
- Assist in foreign exchange (FX) booking, monthly reporting, and conversion activities.
- To perform data entry into ERP systems for the related Treasury tasks.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners.
- Assist supervisors on the opening of bank accounts, the setup of internet banking for balance inquiry, bank statement downloads, fund transfer, etc., and maintenance of the bank accounts for operational needs.
- Assist in the application of banking facilities (i.e., Trade Facilities, Corporate Credit Card, Credit Card terminal, etc.) for operational needs.
- To maintain Loan schedule with reference to the loan statement.
- To maintain a master listing of bank accounts & trade facilities (including details of authorized signatories for all banks, bank contact PIC, collateral required for trade facilities).
- Assist Management in the development and implementation of Treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as accounting, finance, and operations to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Prepare essential banking documentation and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare monthly deposits report and report on foreign exchange (FX) closing rate.
- Assist in automation of the e-treasury module, working in close liaison with IT, Marketing, and Finance Departments.
- Work with external auditors to address bank-related queries and confirmations.
- Assist CFO, as backup to her secretary on:
- Online payment authorization (local or overseas).
- Checking of corporate credit card payment requisition documents.
- Booking of hotel accommodation for overseas FCA staff.
- Assist to carry out any Treasury and Ad-Hoc related matters.
