Job description

Senior Accounts Executive / Assist. Accounting Manager
  • Responsible to generate full set accounts, P&L report, and tax submission with minimum supervision.
  • Prepare invoice, debit note and credit note, inter-company billings and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly accounts and management reports inclusive all reconciliation.
  • Bookkeeping of documents, statements & invoices.
  • Handle various financial transactions made by the company officials in the ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance on all aspects of statutory, tax SST & regulatory requirements.
  • Income tax filing, liaise with external parties (auditors, tax agents, banks & other statutory bodies).
  • Liaison with various departments to ensure efficient work-flow.
  • Process staff claims.
  • Process company payroll.
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of documents.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time by manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Computerised Accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office, ERP.
  • Required languages: English.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
