1. Manage a full set of monthly management reports in a timely manner.
2. Maintain treasury activities, including preparing and monitoring company payments and receipts.
3. Maintain intercompany accounts.
4. Perform reconciliations for intercompany balances, banking transactions, and others.
5. Assist in tax filing, e-invoicing, and compliance matters.
6. Assist in audits and tax-related matters, ensuring statutory submission deadlines are met.
7. Handle a full set of company accounts.
8. Ensure supporting documents are in order and duly authorized when processing payments.
9. Perform monthly closing of accounts, including daily routines such as processing payments, issuing receipts/journal vouchers, invoicing, and DN/CN.
10. Prepare cash flow statements and monitor bank balances.
11. Liaise with bank officers on daily transactions and assist in updating weekly bank reports.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. Candidates pursuing professional accountancy courses are encouraged to apply.
2. At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
3. Proficient in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage.
5. Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure.
