We are currently searching for a Senior Accounts Executive. We invite you to build your accounting career with us in our Finance Department. You will report to the Finance Director directly and also be part of a team responsible for managing the recording of daily sales, purchases, payments, bookkeeping and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Managing purchases, payments, credit/debit notes and expenses
Key in and print out G/L, Income Statement, Balance Sheet and other account statement
Managing daily cash sales and bank in
Handling accounts payable
Manage/Monitor bank/cash balance e.g. bank reconciliations
Prepare claims
Liaise and respond to auditors
Prepare agenda and minutes of meetings
Compiling monthly reports for monthly meetings
Other administrative duties e.g. e-invoicing set up and implementation
Requirements:
Professional (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) or degree/diploma level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related disciplines;
2-5 years of accounting and finance experience in commercial, outsourcing or transactional accounting in shared services;
Basic knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, relevant tax and audit rules, procedures and guidelines;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel and various industry standard accounting software (applicants with SQL financial accounting software proficiency is a plus and are encouraged to apply);
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia;
