Senior Accounts Executive

Month End Closing including preparing JV.

Process and reconcile intercompany receivables and payables across entities.

Ensure intercompany balances are accurate and eliminate mismatches.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any Interco issues before month-end closing.

Apply customer payments and maintain up-to-date account ledgers.

Handle customer queries and resolve billing discrepancies.

Prepare Audit schedules and documentation required for internal and external audits.

Support audit queries related to AR, tax, intercompany, and inventory.

Ensure AR Process compliance with internal control.

Review tasks prepared by subordinates assigned.

E-invoicing knowledge and submission.

Monthly Management Account preparation & BI-monthly custom preparation.

Monthly/Quarterly/Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.

Requirements:-

Min Diploma / Degree or professional in accounting or relevant qualification.

At least 3 years working experience in accounting or finance functions.

Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Good communication for cross-functional coordination (finance, sales, tax, audit, inventory).

Strong knowledge in current accounting principles and guidelines.

Tax knowledge.
