Are you an experienced finance professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join a growing and thriving team in the building construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly closing accounts, including reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, intercompany transactions, and general ledger.

Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely transactions for accounts receivable.

Monitor and analyze cash flow and prepare necessary financing documents.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on financial matters.

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Maintain accurate and complete financial records, ensuring proper documentation for audit and compliance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS), tax regulations, and internal company policies.

Manage e-invoicing processes, integrating with accounting systems and meeting regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting (preferably within the construction industry).

Possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy (or equivalent qualification).

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word and the ability to use accounting software.

Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality to work well within teams.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with confidence.

Self-motivated, with good time management and a resourceful, willingness to learn attitude.
