To liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries on matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
Able to prepare a full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
Maintain proper accounting records and document control.
Assist in accounts payable processes, including invoice matching, creditor reconciliation, staff claims, and payment preparation.
Assist in accounts receivable processes, including monthly sales reconciliation and statement preparation for customers.
Assist in maintaining and updating monthly accounting journals, ledgers, and other records.
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and maintaining management reports, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and compliant with accounting standards.
Ensure proper filing of all financial documents.
Assist in bank reconciliations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to fulfill statutory and legal obligations.
Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
