Senior Accounts Executive

About the role
As a Senior Accounts Executive at Janamuda Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. This full-time position, based in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, involves working closely with the finance team to support the overall financial operations of the organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
2. Assist with and prepare tax planning in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
3. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable documents.
4. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
6. Maintain and update the company's accounting records and databases.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounts executive role.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
