A leading company in property management is seeking an Accountant to manage financial operations for a subsidiary. The role encompasses preparing financial statements, handling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Candidates must have a solid background in accounting and relevant experience. Immediate availability is a plus.
Handle a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, general ledger, and accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are tracked timely and accurately within the company.
Ensure all payment vouchers are processed and entered into the system.
Prepare audit schedules, company accounts, and tax returns for audit purposes.
Address queries from auditors and tax agents.
Prepare and review tax computations, ensuring their accuracy, and verify the tax computations prepared by tax agents.
Complete all processing and reconciliations at month-end.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to financial accounting and business operations as required.
This role involves working with a subsidiary company.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or higher in Accountancy or a related field.
4-5 years of relevant work experience is required.
Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin will be advantageous.
Immediate availability or short notice period is an added advantage.
