• Must have worked in a fast-paced construction industry and be able to converse in Mandarin.
• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field, including experience in inter-company transactions.
• Independent and able to work overtime when required.
• Positive working attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good personality, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice.
• Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, G/L, and inter-company transactions.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, analysis, and daily collections.
• Submit management reports as per timelines.
• Update monthly ageing reports.
• Assist superiors based in other locations as required.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting records and filing.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
