Manages and oversees all aspects of accounting and finance of the business in accordance to the Company’s policies and procedures, and relevant standards, laws and regulations.

Participate in delivering timely and accurate financial statements and reports while assisting in overseeing the finances of a group of companies.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers, and other external parties/vendors as necessary.

Review and optimize the tax structure to enhance efficiency.

Responsible for setting up and managing the e-invoicing system and process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Ensure invoices are processed and issued on time to maintain healthy vendor relationships and cash flow.

Implement effective credit control measures.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and provide insights for effective planning.

Support cash flow analysis and monitoring to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

At least 5 years of accounting or finance-related working experience.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
