Job Descriptions

Oversee the monthly closing of accounts and ensure reports are accurately prepared for management use.

Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in a timely manner.

Prepare payroll in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensure accuracy in payments.

Handle and process intercompany billing, maintaining clear records for transparency and compliance.

Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills.

Resolve escalated workflow issues within the accounts team, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

Analyzing the organization's financial data to support the commercial growth of the organization.

Identifying cost-saving opportunities from the organization's financial reports.

Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk and making recommendations.

Supervise employees' work, offering feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Initiate improvement plans to achieve and surpass set targets, actively working towards team and organizational goals.

Complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Director, contributing to the team’s success as needed.

Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all tasks are completed according to the set-out timeline.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

At least 1 year of leading experience in a small team.

At least 4 years of working experience in accounting field.

Skilled with an analytical mindset to perform financial analysis.

Familiar with using Excel or Google Spreadsheet will be a plus.

Experienced in handling Singapore GST is an advantage.

Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
