• Handle a full set of accounts for multiple entities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions, verifying accuracy in bank deposits.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and other financial analyses as required.

• Handle supplier payments, employee expense claims, and petty cash management, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursement.

• Assist in audit & tax preparation, ensuring all required financial records and supporting documents are available and compliant with standards.

• Maintain and organize accurate accounting records, ensuring proper documentation for internal and external reporting.

• Liaise with banks and suppliers on accounting-related matters.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the F&B industry.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, SST regulations, and tax requirements.

• Proficiency in SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
