Job description

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to join our team at Homedopt', a leading provider of home solutions in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing payments, and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting systems.

Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, closing)

Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts, and budgeting

Ensure timely submission of SST, tax, and audit-related documents

Review and supervise junior accounts staff

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and government bodies

Implement internal controls and improve financial systems

Provide financial advice to management


Typical Requirements:

Education Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or ACCA/LCCI

Experience 5–8 years (Senior Exec), 8+ years (Finance Manager)

Software Knowledge SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or other accounting systems

Skills Strong analytical skills, team management, independence

Certifications Partial or full ACCA/MIA membership is a plus
