We are currently seeking a Senior Accounting/Planning Manager to join Agensi Pekerjaan Timesconsult, a leading company in the cosmetics industry. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the financial planning and accounting functions within the organization. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the company's financial health and success. You will be involved in a variety of projects related to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, making this role essential for driving business growth and profitability in the cosmetics sector.

Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of Financial Reports for prompt submission to Headquarter, Japan and Local management.
  • Prepare Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet and Consolidation Package on a quarterly basis.
  • Managing and analyzing budget (plan) and performance.
  • Communication with headquarter in Japan.
  • Manage and act as liaison for Statutory Audits, Tax, Transfer Pricing Documentation and Company Secretary matters (ensure compliance with regulations and standards).
  • Ensure compliance with Group Policies and Governance.
  • Ensure a strong control environment within companies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to set financial goals and budgets.
  • Working closely with all Department heads to ensure Company objectives achieved.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or related Professional Certification such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA
  • Minimum 10 – 15 years of related working experience preferably in FMCG industry with 5 – 7 years in General Accounting / Controlling experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with various Team and inter-department members of various management levels
  • Commercially oriented and highly analytical with the appreciation of the key drivers in the FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of SAP BI and Business Intelligence systems
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to systems
