Job role

Our Senior Accounting Outsourcing team provides accounting services tailored to our clients’ needs. Responsibilities include:

  1. Performing accounting activities and posting A/P, A/R, GL, and taxation.
  2. Responsible for Month-end/Year-end closing process and reconciliation of ledgers.
  3. Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  4. Preparing and submitting Sales and Service Tax returns and Withholding Tax returns.
  5. Performing payment processing.
  6. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  7. Liaising with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, etc.
  8. May be seconded to clients’ offices whenever required.

Requirements

  • Immediately available.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients.
  • Strong capability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrate commitment to client service.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Functional knowledge of basic Microsoft applications (Word & Excel) is essential.
  • Functional knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
