What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a smart, hardworking, detail-oriented, and analytical Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. You will manage a full set of accounts and oversee our finance operations. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a small, agile team and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Supervise and support a junior Accounts Receivable Executive, ensuring timely and accurate AR tasks
• Process payments for CaterSpot merchants (restaurants & caterers), payroll, and other AP
• Prepare account reconciliations, verifying receipts and payment details
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage the finance inbox, handling merchant and vendor inquiries professionally
• Liaise with auditors and company secretary on audits and filings
• Assist in process improvements and internal controls implementation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve AP and GL issues
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with policies and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-5 years of relevant full-set accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Ownership and accountability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
• Exposure to fast-paced or tech-enabled environments
