Job Description

1. Handle AR and AP, able to do full sets of accounts
2. Handle Malaysia accounts for trading and wholesale business
3. Prepare payment
4. Prepare sales invoice
5. Key in accounts using AutoCount system
6. Prepare monthly account closing reports, consolidation reports, PL analysis, and cost related analysis
7. Prepare quarterly financial report
8. Post audit related knowledge and able to communicate with auditor on account related matters
9. Attend auditors and prepare documents for auditors
10. Prepare draft audit report, check and finalize audit report with auditor
11. Post tax related knowledge and able to communicate with tax agent on tax related matters
12. Prepare data for corporate tax return for tax agent
13. Check and finalize corporate tax with tax agent
14. Prepare data for transfer pricing agent
15. Check and finalize transfer pricing report with transfer pricing agent
16. Prepare budget, revised budget for expenses and income
17. Other account related jobs.

Salary: 4500~6500 (RM)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. 3+ years of experience in accounting
3. Fully functional experience in accounting and finance
4. Able to close and analyze financial statements
5. Able to consolidate financial statements
6. Excellent knowledge of tax/accounting standards
7. Understands accounting principles
8. Experience in handling audit report, corporate tax return
9. Excellent computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
10. Communication skills in English
11. Experience in management field
