Job summary

Air Products is seeking a skilled finance professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage all accounting aspects for sales, manufacturing costs, distribution costs, and inventory. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting and finance and a CPA/ACCA or equivalent, with at least 3 years in audit or finance in a multinational company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or equivalent.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• 3+ years in audit or finance in a multinational company; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong accounting principles; US GAAP knowledge a plus.
• Good ethics and communication; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all accounting aspects of sales, manufacturing cost, distribution cost, inventory, and related accounts.
• Coordinate with finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.
• Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
• Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
