What you'll do:

  1. Accounting Supervision: Supervise assigned bookkeepers, provide guidance and support, review and verify the accuracy and timeliness of monthly financial records, ensure compliance with standards and policies, proficiently use Xero, and train team members.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensure timely reporting, handle unaudited and consolidation reports, GST filings, and payroll at reporting periods.
  3. Client Advisory: Serve as the primary contact for clients, address queries, understand client needs, and streamline workflows to deliver excellent service.
  4. Team Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing feedback for growth.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and stay updated with industry regulations to ensure compliance.

Who you are:

  • Degree or diploma in Accountancy; ACCA or ISCA certification is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience in an outsourcing firm preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, independent, adaptable, motivated to excel and support others.
  • Ability to manage workload independently, work under pressure, and multitask.
  • Experience with Xero is a plus.
