About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Business Service Partner – Finance to support our Country Manager in overseeing all local finance functions. This critical role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and support month-end closing processes

· Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

· Ensure accurate General Ledger (GL) entries and financial reporting

· Provide financial insights to support local business decisions

· Collaborate with regional and global finance teams

· Ensure compliance with internal controls and local regulations

What You Bring

· A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent is a plus)

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance operations

· Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations

· Excellent organizational and communication skills

· Experience in a multinational or matrixed environment preferred

· Proficiency in SAP would have advantage
