If you have minimum 5 years of accounting experience, a knack for administration, and a positive, can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, assisting with accounting tasks, office management, and providing day-to-day support to the Directors. If you’re a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow, this could be your perfect next step!

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Accounting Responsibilities:
2. Handle daily accounting tasks including sales, purchases, expenses, and payment entries.
3. Support the sales team in following up on payments, helping to maintain a healthy cash flow.
4. Manage accounts receivable/payable and keep financial operations running smoothly.
5. Assist with financial reports, such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
6. Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
7. Coordinate with auditors to facilitate the company's account audit.

What We’re Looking For

1. Qualifications:
2. Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
3. Experience with SQL accounting software is a plus.
