Job description

Prepare monthly financial statements and conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide valuable insights.

Contribute to the development of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring strategic financial planning.

Involvement in preparation and analysis of quarterly forecasts and annual budget.

Responsible in inventory control procedures, inventory monitoring and analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on costing, work center rates, standard cost determination, and variance investigation.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements.

Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and take charge of additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification.

Strong knowledge of MFRS Accounting Standards.

Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis and accounting (experience in contract manufacturing or the semiconductor industry is a plus).

Hands-on experience in managing full-set accounts and handling month-end closing tasks.

Critical thinker & problem solver with a keen eye for financial details.

A results-driven, detail-oriented professional who meets deadlines with accuracy.

Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal skills.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across various functions.

Proactive, committed, and adaptable, ready to embrace challenges.

Independent & able to work under tight deadlines.

Experience in liaising with auditors and handling compliance matters.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office is essential, and familiarity with Oracle systems is an added advantage.
