Job Description

Responsible for overall PTMA/PTMP (Robert Bosch Power Tools Sdn Bhd) and RBSP (Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang) Fixed Assets, covering the below area:-

Managing the processes and systems in fixed assets and ensuring proper compliance to the fixed assets policies in accordance with the accounting policies and guidelines.

Responsible for all internal reporting (periodic reporting, monthly closing and analysis of financial results) and external reporting requirements (year-end statutory audit requirement).

Support internal and external audit and reporting requirements and ensure all audit points are closed.

Improve fixed assets processes to be more effective and efficient while keeping legality on matters

Respond to customers' requests or events and be the advisor on Fixed Assets Policy.

First point escalation for the Fixed Assets Transaction Analyst in Vietnam Shared Service Centre (SSC)

Manages Robert Bosch Power Tools Sdn Bhd Site Signatory updates and yearly renewal.

Implement and promote continuous improvements in the areas of responsibilities.

Support automation or digitalization initiatives as interface with technical departments.

Qualifications

University Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Good knowledge of SAP modules (especially FI) and FI/CO process and experience in Microsoft application (Excel, Power Point, MS Edge, MS Teams etc).

Good communication skills andinterpersonal skills.

High level of commitment & initiative, self-motivated, flexibility, creativity with enthusiasm for innovative topics.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang Sdn. Bhd. Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics’ fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.
