You will be joining a leading system integrator based in Malaysia. They offer services such as cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data management, and digital workplace models for enterprise and mid-level businesses.

Your new role

  • Deliver Strategy for Success: Develop and implement a robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to achieve sales quotas, ensuring a successful market entry and growth.
  • Building Enduring Relationships: Foster trusted advisor relationships with end users, establishing strong connections and cultivating a robust pipeline.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build and nurture fruitful partnerships with principals/partners, leveraging these relationships to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Experience: Ensuring positive interactions between customers, proactive and attentive towards client's requirements.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, providing dedicated support and personalized service.
  • Client Engagement: Proactive engagement with clients, converting prospects and cultivating customer loyalty.
  • Profitable Negotiations: Skilfully negotiate contracts and successfully close projects, maximizing profitability and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Financial Alignment: Ensure end user payment terms align with company standards, optimizing financial processes and maintaining a healthy cash flow.
  • Presenting Comprehensive Solutions and Insights: Provide clients with the company's range of solutions and insights, identifying how new technologies and market trends impact customers' businesses and influencing decisions within their accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment, preferably with direct SI experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • A friendly, team-oriented, and committed attitude.
