Purpose of the Role: As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue growth process in the country, by identifying opportunities, developing, cross and up selling, executing programs and ensuring success in promoting sales opportunities while strengthening positive business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Lead new customer acquisition and ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers in financial institutions.
- Drive consultative solution sales for enterprise customers.
- Manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and complex sales cycles.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to enhance market positioning.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking engagements when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in enterprise software sales, fintech, or banking technology.
- Experience in solution sales & structured selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, SPIN).
- P&L management experience with a track record in driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and business strategy skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic personality; able to work independently.
